Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autonom4 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autonom4 is an autonomous bug resolution platform that detects, reproduces, fixes, reviews, validates, and deploys software bugs without human intervention. The Service connects to your source repositories, error trackers, and deployment pipelines to automate bug remediation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its underlying code, algorithms, branding, and documentation are owned by MeG4 Labs. You retain all rights to your source code and data processed through the Service. Any patches, fixes, or code generated by the Service for your repositories remain your intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Autonom4 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data retention policies are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
